A. Employers Liability insurance is a legal requirement if you have any employees. This cover protects you against legal liability for injury, illness or disease to any employee, including Directors of limited companies, labour only sub-contractors and persons under work experience or training schemes.
Public Liability covers your legal liability to the public in respect of damage to their property, bodily injury, death or disease. Cover is available for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies for many different trades from General Builders to Computer Consultants to Hairdressers.
Products Liability insurance covers the supply of goods to someone else which through your
negligence causes injury of damage. Including solicitors fees and all legal costs.
